Customer accidentally rated me poor due to cancellation and wants to change it how do we go about it

He got back to me and asked to change the rating as I delivered his work accordingly but I honestly don’t know hoe he can go about it. The rating was left as part of a cancellation, I obviously can’t contact customer support on his behalf so what can we do ?
