Best method to withdraw money from fiverr for sri lankans

I am new to fiverr and want to know what is the best method to withdraw money from fiverr for sri lankans.Is it fiverr revenue card or paypal why fiverr does not support moneybookers??? :-?

Paypal does not support to receive money to Sri Lanka. So the only option is Fiverr revenue card. Also Fiverr dose not support to Skrill (moneybrokers).
