I have negative rating from user, but its not fairly

I send link to my twitter, but he say this:

"Though completed in time the tweet seems to have gone to a handful of followers only. One million is just a dream! I got only 11 additional hits by this gig. $5 seems to have been given as donation!"



I not gurantee on quantity clicks on his links. What i need do?
