The same problem on my gig page. Instead of my clean 5, I have the poor reviews from some other seller and on my bad luck, the last one has 1 star and a pretty bad review.

I’m having the same issue. I tried to email Fiverr’s support and even that wouldn’t work. Do we just wait it out? I have orders due soon, I don’t want to have to explain this issue to them and miss out on a review…

Same issue here. Seems like Fiverr techies haven’t slept for few days or something?

Or they just don’t do split testing before applying some updates which screws everything!

Update: I tried to send a ticket to CS but, as @candicarrabotta said, that doesn’t work, so I tried to send an email directly to support. That seems to work since I got the automatic reply that they have my request.

So now we wait.I guess. Since we are so many(different areas of expertise, different levels) I’d say this is just a bug and Fiverr will set things back to normal. At some point. I hope. 🙂

Seems strange that it’s some and not all gigs. I had a problem with reviews not showing for about 24 hours but that seems to have been fixed now.

Reply to @kell90: That’s support@fiverr.com. But I think it’s probably better to send a ticket from the CS page directly. If that doesn’t work, you can try an email as I did but I don’t really know if there’s any difference between these two ways of contacting them or if one of them is more desirable.
