ruxandradraws Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 Update: I tried to send a ticket to CS but, as @candicarrabotta said, that doesn’t work, so I tried to send an email directly to support. That seems to work since I got the automatic reply that they have my request.So now we wait.I guess. Since we are so many(different areas of expertise, different levels) I’d say this is just a bug and Fiverr will set things back to normal. At some point. If that doesn’t work, you can try an email as I did but I don’t really know if there’s any difference between these two ways of contacting them or if one of them is more desirable.
