Fiverr, what the heck is going on?

Over the last few days, my to-do list has been in the wrong order and unresponsive, my feedback hasn’t been showing up, delivery has had problems, and now…



I have someone else’s feedback! Who just so happens to have lots of 1 stars!



Come on guys, you’re getting an extra 10 cents to the dollar with your new surcharge. Sort it out!

I just happened to write about the same thing on the “chit chat” category…I also have another seller’s feedbacks! Theyre at least mostly 5 stars like mine but have nothing do with my gigs. SO buyers get charged 10%, we get charged 20%, and things can’t work properly…

I’ve got another seller’s feedbacks, too! At least 5 star, but it’s still silly. And two of mine are missing, perhaps someone else got them? :))

What is going on with Fiverr?

Another weird one for me too - I have another sellers feedback and I’m being called Kate, it’s not logging sales for me properly and not showing my feedback I’m getting over the last couple of days. Today is definitely the worse. What is going on?

Oh yeah and in here I’ve just noticed it’s telling me I’m a level 1 seller when I’m level 2.

Same problem here… and my feedback was actually better than the feedback of the guy I do have now… But not even the help form is working to write the Fiverr support team directly… 😦

I’ve just been looking around and it seems if you have a lot of reveiws, you’re not effected.



I have a gig with 960 reviews and that’s fine - all my 8 other gigs (of around 50 reviews each) are effected.



Strange.

Hi! Same problems here! I have 3 new gigs and 1 old and all of them have reviews from others… That’s bad because my followers that I send from my website to fiverr they’ll be very confused…

You guys got me to take a look at mine. The good news is at the summary level (when you roll over the gig and see the start rating), it seems to be accurate. But if I go into the comments themselves, they are all for other gigs. I’m lucky though, the person I’m accidentally impersonating at least has all 5 star reviews and would seem to be a great artist.

I think it happend only on profiles who asked support to fix some issues the other day.

I asked them to fix some bug in Analytics and everything got messed up after that.

And what is even worst, my competitors doesn’t have this issue with messed up feedbacks at all.
