Bought gig for 25 dollar and 5 dollar shipping, had to pay 8 dollar extra to fiverr

So today I placed a order:



25 dollar + 5 dollar shipping = 38 total



I have to pay 8 dollar extra to fiverr. Seriously?



Can someone explain to me why I have to pay 8 dollar extra.

I know about the 50 cent fee but this is ridiculous.

This is definitely a bug you need to contact CS about. As a TRS, you should get a quick response.



You should have been charged 5% as a processing fee for a $30 order, which would be $1.50.

Well…Contacted customer support and they say that it is correct.



"Please note that there is an extra $2 charge per multiple added. Let me explain:



5 Gigs ( 4 are consider multiple) $ 25 + 1 shipping $5 + $8 (multiple shipping) = $38’'



I have no words for this.

That makes sense. You didn’t state in the opening post that it was a physical good.



If you were to order them separately, it’d actually cost you $50 total so it’s a good saving. You’ve not been charged a processing fee though, which is strange.

As far as the “processing fee” that doesn’t show up in the “order” history or receipt…as far as I know, does it?



I only buy with internal cash so I don’t see how the fees work.

The extra charge seems to be for shipping, the seller can charge extra for shipping, so it makes sense
