I can't submit a request

Hello,



the story begin when i want to edit my gig video thumbnail, i paused and saved the preview, than the gig went pending. About 1-2 hours later, i went to fiverr to check the status, and i found that my gig (video) was denied. here’s the screenshot http://prntscr.com/57utdd



shortly after that i received the email, said that my gig was denied because of third party copyright violation. Because i don’t feel like i break any copyright infringement, i want to submit a request to appeal it, but when i do, i can’t submit the ticket, and i got this notification on top of the site http://prntscr.com/57utvm



what must i do? thanks.



edit 1: when i edit my gig video (and thumbnail), i already edited it more than once and it went active gig again.
