Please help, I have a serious problem with my Video it keeps showing Error 2002

I am not sure this only affects me, it might also affect the people who view my Gig.

I have been in contact with Fiverr Support but they haven’t helped yet, it has been more than 4 days. I have tried it in Google Chrome. FireFox and Internet Explore (:all are latest version) I have also updated Flash, cleared cache and everything.



Still the same issue.



Please help if you know what to do, if not help me please help get help from Fiverr support.

Hello, make sure its in the correct video format and also make sure its within the fiverr video length limit. See if that works

The video is in correct format .mp4 and it is 56 seconds in length.

I have checked from another machine it acually doesn’t work here either. The error is also in Safari.

1: does the video play on windows or xx machine



2: test with vlc player



3: if you cannot get it to play damaged video send it to me il fix it for $5
