I am not receiving notifications PLUS the comments are not showing up on my gig. I Tried to submit ticket, but it is not working properly either. What gives?

Also, My “earned this month” is off by about 200 USD. his is rather frightening.

The proper syntax questions are not being asked, which does not allow for the ticket to be completed. I contact them via email though. 🙂
