ahmedshaltout
I made a new gig for the holidays belowhttps://www.fiverr.com/ahmedshaltout/make-a-holiday-themed-characterI finished a job for one client, which he rated 5 out of 5 (it shows in the reviews below) but my gig score became 0 out of 5. I contacted customer support over 9 days ago and they replied saying they will tell me as soon as they fix it then nothing. i don’t know what to do considering this is a holiday themed gig and if they take forever I will lose all potential christmas clients
donnovan86
Send a message to customer support again, I think this is the only way to get the job done the right way!
ahmedshaltout
I keep sending messages on the same request. Do I make a new customer support request or do i keep sending messages on the same request (which i have)
seanc99
Sending multiple messages will just delay the time to reply.I had this happen to me before, but when I got another order it fixed itself. Just be patient… As hard as it may be.
ahmedshaltout
yes when the other order FINALLY posted a positive review it fixed itself… but now I lost a lot of time and a lot of potential customers in that time period. i had to make a holiday offer discount to make up for it. hopefully I attract new clients 😃
