Withdrawal time from fiverr to payoneer

So, how long does it take to fully transfer my money from fiverr to payoneer? is there any fee, or a minimun amount required? I know there’s an article about that somewhere on fiverr, but I can’t seem to find it.

The minimum amount is $20. There’s a fee: $1 for the standard load (officially takes 2 days, usually 3 for me because of the time zone differences, some have reported a day or 2 more), $5 for the faster load (you get the money in 2 hours).
