Sometimes those factors are working in your favor, and you might be visible at the top of the search results. Other times, you might not rank that high. My best advice is to promote elsewhere online, and let the Fiverr search system do its thing.Strong sales and frequent delivery will affect your rankings, so, if you can bring in sales from elsewhere online, you’ll be playing to those factors in the Fiverr search system, and that may help you rank well.
