Already submitting ticket on both order, but no reply yet.First, let me detailing my situation.I have delivered this order on Nov 10, buyers replies on Nov 11, but I did not received any notification. I assumed this because it’s delivered, perhaps, but customers was asking why she was not able to see the order. I was only able to receive any notification after she figured herself out and requesting modification. However, the order status is now late, but she requested modification just today (Nov 13).I usually get an extended 3 days period after buyer requesting modification.
