I Have Questions About Request Modification

Hi guys! I hope I could get some help. Already submitting ticket on both order, but no reply yet.

First, let me detailing my situation.

I have delivered this order on Nov 10, buyers replies on Nov 11, but I did not received any notification. I assumed this because it’s delivered, perhaps, but customers was asking why she was not able to see the order. I was only able to receive any notification after she figured herself out and requesting modification. However, the order status is now late, but she requested modification just today (Nov 13).

I usually get an extended 3 days period after buyer requesting modification. It’s just not happening with this order and a previous order. Did Fiverr change the rules?
