russflex
Contact Fiverr support. Worst case scenario is you file a paypal complaint.
swepride
I “Submit a request” to Fiverr about this. But no answer for 2 days. Maybe I need to make an dispute…
m2webs
As I know you can dispute with paypal until 40 days passed so no hurry with that. And as new member you could wait couple of days for customer support so you can wait a few days more.
landongrace
I have had clients that missed the confirmation email to confirm the payment. The gig won’t start until the link in the email from fiverr is clicked to confirm the order. Start a help ticket.
linushf
Reply to @landongrace: I have checked my Fiverr email and the PayPal email and I can’t find nothing like a “confirmation email”. I’m still waiting for them to answer my ticket.
catwriter
Reply to @swepride: They can be slow with their response.Keep in mind that starting a dispute through PayPal would get your Fiverr account temporarily disabled, and possibly banned. tylerullery
Customer support is very slow at responding hold tight. Worst case file a dispute through paypal than make a new account on fiverr.
