How do I download attachments from a banned seller?

I bought a gig from a seller and he delivered, he was nice and did the work on time. I don’t know why he was banned. Anyway I need to download an attachment he sent which was part of his work. I didn’t need it at the time, but I guess I should have downloaded it anyway, I didn’t know Fiverr would block me from my delivered gig! How do I get to the attachment I paid for???
