Please help me someone $ transfer problem

I was transfer my $ by payoneer. They confirm me they get the $ but dont loaded. Because they say me " Once we receive notification from the fiverr you are working with, we will automatically load the funds to your Payoneer card. "

But I dont understand what can I do. Please someone tell me how can contact with fiverr.com for transfer problem.

Please someone give me a link and process sothat I can contact with fiverr.
