Order Cancellation problem!

So,



After ordering 8 gigs from a seller, who’s name I will not mention, he sent me a zip file with no html or php files that would allow me to upload the landing page onto facebook.(which is as good as giving me nothing to all after the money I paid to him). I have since requested to cancel the order, and sent him a few emails, but till date he hasnt replied!!!



To make things worse, the cancellation system seems to have bugged out and the timing of the cancellation has been changing with time. (‘2 minutes left’ turning into ‘5 minutes left’ when u refresh the page)



Contacted the fiverr support for 3days but no reply has been provided so far. Can anyone advise me on what to do with this order?
