Does anyone here happned account problem recently?

A big problem with my fiverr account!! IRecently i can’t sign in my account! I’m sure my information are right, i think it will be someone stolen my account. because yesterday i received some message with a link. i clicked in. and then the next day the fiverr said my account is wrong!!!

How can i do now? i should deliver the work for my client!! I email the fiverr help but they not reply.
