Chat feature?

I have long thought about this idea.



What if my buyers had the ability to see when I’m online and to chat with me? Obviously this feature would be on/off as per the sellers request however I often find that the inbox system isn’t as ‘snappy’ as it should be (Especially with the email notification delay that I experience). Plus, a chat system would allow me to get information off buyers quickly, when I needed it.



Thoughts?

i could see a big boost in sales with that as a feature and it is a very simple thing to implement.
