He canclled it and then he gave me a bad review for no reason. because of this review I can’t offer buyers to order my gigs in buyer requests… what should I do? ryangillam
He cancelled because you were late to deliver. That is the reason for your negative review. You are going to have to deal with it UNLESS you can get the buyer to agree to the feedback being removed. There is no sense in claiming that the review was for no reason when you can quite clearly see the reason given in the feedback:“cancelled order. seller failed to deliver on time!”
janedavies
Agree with Ryan,Buyer can not leave feedback until its marked complete by you or you are late to deliver,

catwriter
Reply to @rotemking13: If that is the case, contact Customer Support. They might be able to help you, though they usually refuse to remove bad feedback from late orders.Or, you could try messaging the buyer and asking him to remove the negative feedback. For future reference, as soon as you notice you don’t have enough details to work on the order, click on the Resolution Center and initiate the mutual cancellation, with the explanation that you don’t have enough material to work on. That should send an email to the buyer and hopefully solve the problem, or the cancellation will go through without leaving you negative feedback.
