What is problem

i receive 1 design order form fiver and after submitting order customer say to me for modification but before i submit again my design he say to me in inbox “There will be too much back-and-forth, so lets just end the project here with my thanks and good review” what is this i think he use my first design for free"

its mean we have not guarantee to get payment of our working on fiverr ?
