Portfolio image does not appear as delivered

I’ve used the Turn on portfolio feature when I deliver work with an image, but it doesn’t appear as Actual work delivered, in fact, there is no image there, am I doing something wrong?

but I need to find out why it doesn’t display the images on my gig even tho I do everything correctly.



anyone else experienced the same issue? and how do you solve this?
