Order modification

i have problem my 1 customer give me order of brochure after getting my work he says he need to change wordings in

design i write in my gig that “i will charge $10 extra if you need source files” i tell me if you need original file you place order but still i didn’t receive reply from customer and time is only 1 hour is left what i do i i didn’t post any file then order canceled or not ?

Positive reviews are more important then $$$.

Maybe if he cancel the order then you will get negative review or there are higher chance of getting negative review if customer become crazy.
