Messaging disabled!

Hello,



I am in trouble, please help me or suggest me. I can’t send any message or reply to any buyer due to the Messaging disabled. I’m getting this message "Messaging disabled! One or more of your messages was reported as inappropriate or spam. Please contact Fiverr support to resolve this issue"



And I submitted request twice to CS team, but didn’t get any response from CS team till now. Its already 3 and 5 days over. It is very important to me to reply on my buyer message to sell my GIGs continuously.



How many day it will take to resolve my problem?



Please suggest me or help me.
