How to you initiate a dispute. Seller has not finished project and wont return emails

Hello, I have paid a seller 3 times to revise a logo and she has not delivered the final product and has not retune emails in 11 days. Where can I initiate a dispute?

I’m so sorry you had an experience like that! It could give us graphic designers a bad rep as sellers on Fiverr…I’ve been reading a few threads regarding non-delivery of a logo. What a shame!
