Does anyone know of a website where I can switch my video format from MP4 to WMV?

Im attempting to do this for my customer. Not the most internet suave guy. I am also doing work from a Blackberry Playbook, which is of course contributing to my difficulty. Thanks in advance for any help with this matter.

websites suck… and this is an INDUSTRY STANDARD this is my trusty tool and I never leave home without it … http://www.squared5.com mac or windows and its free… I have more tools if you need some other conversions like FLV blah blah blah…
