Mutual Cancellation? Message NOT Visible to the Buyer

This is one which has confused me for a while and i still don’t really understand that it hasn’t changed because surely i’m not the only one who experiences this when requesting a mutual cancelation, every time i attempt to explain my reasoning for a mutual cancelation in the mutual cancelation message they don’t receive the message at all just the request and then i have to type the whole message separate because the last one i entered has just disappeared as soon as i submitted the request and then they are questioning my request, I have even experienced this from the other side as a buyer ordering from a seller who has made a mutual cancelation request on my order yet receive no message within the cancelation request but i find it somewhere other than on the site such as in my email inbox or somewhere else on the site other than the order menu itself

Also you only have the option of leaving a review and rating if you don’t cancel so obviously that will give a fake rating.



If you were unhappy with the service most will just cancel and not mark it as complete.



I just had a seller who has a high rating and is clearly a fraud. We came to a mutual cancelation but was unable to share my experience with the seller or rate them on my experience.
