Order not deliver

Hi hicom4m

Have you checked in the gig-page in how many days the gig was supposed to be delivered? Is this deadline over?

If yes, I think (if you have still not done so) it would be a good idea to send a message to your seller.

If the delivery is late according to the clock and the seller does not respond to your messages after 24 hours (keep in mind any time differences) and if you can find this service elsewhere on Fiverr, then you may consider cancelling the order.

There is no need to contact customer support at this stage.
