Revenue tabs greyed out!

Revenue tabs for paypal and fiverr card are greyed out. I am unable to withdraw funds as the tabs are not clickable. Seems like fiverr customer support is there for nothing. No response for over 3 days now regardless of me a level 2 seller. any ideas? cleared my browser cache and history but nothing works out. Extremely frustrating. please help!
