I got SSL Certification error. Does this happen only for me?

I got SSL Certification error. Does this happen only for me?

When I try to open fiverr.com the SSL Certification is pop up and I have to submit "proceed anyway."

This never happen for me before. After I proceed it, the url “http” has a cross sign.

I’m not sure if this is safe. Please explain me.
