After the order is marked complete, is there a hand of the customer or is it the fiverr system.

Also can the customer post his/her review a little late after his/her order is completed, because I asked for an honest review since the only thing that matters to me is “customer satisfaction”. I also contacted him/her but its been 2 days and still no reply.

After delivery the buyer can mark as complete. If the buyer doesn’t mark as complete it will auto-complete in 3 days.



The customer can review the work up to 30 days from delivery. They can also change this review at any point in that time.
