Why wasn't my promotional $10 applied to the gig I just bought?

Hi Fiverr, how can I get a $10 refund to my paypal for the gig I just bought? I thought the $$ was supposed to be deducted from my current account balance but it wasn’t.



You promotion worked…I made a purchase. Kindly help me see how I can ensure that you guys hold up your end of the deal. 🙂



Yes I opened a support ticket. Unanswered.

Same situation for me here.



That is unclear and unethical. Your balance displays $10 (for example), and you expect that to come out of your account. There’s not even any asterisk or anything to clue you in to look into the fine print. If it’s there. I didn’t see it.

From the Fiverr’s Terms of Service: “If you have funds in your account balance, either from your Shopping or available Revenue balance, it will be automatically applied to your next purchase, but only in the event that your balance covers the entire purchase amount.”
