Unable to get paid?!

A few weeks ago I have completed three gigs and therefor have earned a total amount of $12. Now I wish to request a payout and apparently I need to click on the big paypal button. I have done so and the following message pops up:

"A verification email was sent to the paypal email address you provided.

Please check your email and follow further instructions there."



Unfortunately I have clicked it several times and also waited several days, but I did not receive any verification message to my paypal email address. I have entered it correctly and I am unable to change it as well. I have send a message to the fiverr team as well, but did not receive any reply.



Was someone in the same situation before and if so, how did you get your money?

Me too. I made $16 at one point and tried to use the withdraw feature. It didn’t work.



So I had to use that funds on gigs that I didn’t really want because I didn’t want my funds to go to waste 😦
