Non responsive customers who placed orders

Hello all I am new here, well I created a profile almost a year ago and just came back on last Sunday and here I am today being promoted to level 1. I’m having a bit of a problem with a few of my buyers. They ordered, submitted what they wanted done, I have delivered. Hours/days later no response. Will I be affected in anyway if the buyer doesn’t respond/close out the order before the time is up for the gig? What have you’ve done that’s effective to get the customer to mark order as complete or done? Also What have you guy ever had a customer that contact you and says they want one thing done and then once they order it’s a complete different thing than what you’ve agreed upon? I contacted the buyer and explain this to him/her and that we can mutually cancel the order but no response.
