So you know I was new to fiver a couple months back, then I made a new fiverr (Fiverr.com/HeartVacation and I felt so motivated…received two messages in 3 days…yeah it’s low but for a beginner I felt great about it. So this person from India(no diss to that nation) , he wrote me saying he can help get me to 6 buyers per day…(me being so happy and thankful) I said sure! So he said let’s chat on Facbook(another mistake on me!) and than he spoke on so many great ideas and thoughts on how we can work together to help bring my logo making skills to his clients. LONG STORY SHORT. He asked me for what email attaches to my fiverr so he can say see if I’m real…so I said let’s s***e and he said he doesn’t have that but he said "If you use google I can verify if your real by a code he’ll send me)

So…I said okay send me it through email…he said "It didn’t work because you have 2 step verification on your gmail) so with me being a friendly and peaceful and careless person I said I’ll disable it for a few so you can know I’m real and for this new business together!..then I sent him the code & checked my Google it said [Password Changed 10 mins ago] ((the whole time he was requesting my password)) I went from sleepy to AWAKE in 2 seconds!! I went to change my password since Google asked me for my last password and I changed it quickly! But I went to my Fiverr and can’t log in…guys I really want my brand back…that is my everything…My Twitter is @heartvacation…My Instagram is @heartvacation…My email…please help me get my fiver back…People are so eviI…I have spine issues…I can’t really walk temporarily and that was my only job. But please don’t feel sorry for me for that, it’s my way of saying that’s all I had!.. I just want my Fiverr back…All we are trying to do is make money doing what we LOVE, right?

Does anyone know if Customer Support actually get accounts back?

I know it’s a long shot - there is a small chance he hasn’t changed your email on file with Fiverr. When you try logging in, did you request for the password to be sent to your email?

If that doesn’t work, you can probably still get it back. I think Fiverr admin will just want you to verify your identity.

First off thank you for responding! But yes he changed the email already…It says “Invalid email” when I log in with my original email. NOW what I did do was send Customer Support the PSD formats[layers of the images from Photoshop] of about 8 pages of gigs I’ve done. Seeing that there is no chance of that guy having those type of formats, would you say Customer Support will use that to benefit my case?

Thank you again for reaching out!

  • 2 weeks later...

yes customer support can help you now and if they ask then tell them more details like the security question you selected and its answer, some thing like that so they can know its your account yes PSD may als help you in this case and if you attached papyal/payoneer option then also then them the details of those.

This is why one of the Fiverr rule is to don’t contact anyone outside Fiverr message system!

Now its too late to get your mail account back, you should try to open a ticket with customer support and see what they gonna say but remember that you break one of the rule so you can get in trouble for that.
