Do I level down if I ask CS to cancel 5 orders that haven't been filled up for over a month?

There are 5 orders that haven’t been filled up by the buyers for over a month and I don’t want them to show up in my orders list. The only reason why I don’t have them cancelled by CS is that I’m afraid my level might go away 😦 Anyone with experience?

If they are mutual cancellation I think you would be alright.

Like vedmak said, if you have too many cancellations of any kind, it can effect your level status. I read from other sellers that its best to just leave them. It sucks seeing them just sit there though. I got 10 incomplete orders and I can only imagine what’ll happen if I had CS cancel them.
