System, it just means your gig has ben flagged automatically and is pending an editor review

paperportrait, you could edit a copy of your gig in a word processor such as WORD and then copy and paste the final draft. This will lessen the number of times you re-send edit to Fiverr system. Additionally, it is always a good idea to save your gig details in a document. I have found this practice to be great in so many ways.
