Hello,
 
I recently applied to be a seller with Fiverr after a few years away from it. I had to do an ID verification that somehow I failed even though my government ID was clear in the picture I took from my laptop webcam, within the given frame. I have contacted customer support twice and have received a stock answer of "Oh you can't be a seller but you can still be a buyer!" May I please find a way to talk to a real person to solve this ID issue?
