Hope you're doing well 😇
 Last year, my gig score dropped due to a negative review. At the time, I was juggling a full-time job and freelancing, which really affected my performance. I even considered closing this account and starting fresh with everything I’ve learned. 

However, I came across the LATTE method and started applying it with my customers. Since then, I’ve completed all my orders with positive outcomes, and many of my clients have become repeat customers. 

Still, I’ve noticed that my gig score hasn’t improved.
 Could this be because of the earlier negative feedback?

I’d really appreciate hearing from your experience. How can I grow through situations like this?
 Would it be a good idea to close this gig and start a new one? I understand the rating won’t disappear, but I’m aiming to get back to Level 2 and keep growing as a freelancer.
