I had a user contact me via inbox asking for my email, then sent a link to a Fiverr website asking for my card details to confirm the order but the support chat insisted I needed 250 USD or £194 in my bank in order to complete the order to receive funds and asked my bank balance . Is this a scam? i read a few others who had similar experiences but via links sent.
