Hi, I am new on Fiverr as a seller. I received an order, and in the support chat at the bottom right, they asked for my card details to link it to my account and receive money from buyers. They also asked me to make some top-ups on my card to connect it to my account. They requested that I top up my card with €500 twice and accept push notifications. They told me that this was for anti-fraud control and that the money would be frozen and then refunded to my card. Is all of this true, or is it a scam? I'm asking here because Fiverr support is not responding to me. Fortunately, I have saved the entire conversation. Thank you to anyone who replies.
