Hi, I have had my Fiverr account for over 5 years. However, a hacker has locked me out. Every time I try to reset my password, they have it setup where I have to receieve a code in via text and by phone but it doesn't allow me to reset my password. I reached out to Fiverr and they gave me a few steps to go by, however, i have had no luck. Does anyone know what I can do? Everytime I try to reset my password, a message pops up saying I have to wait 24 hrs. This isn't normal for Fiverr. Can anyone please help me??
