I have a question and a problem that is bothering me, and I need a solution. 

A few months ago, my account was disabled with some large funds inside. Fiverr said I would be able to withdraw the funds after 90 days, but now that the 90 days have passed, And was able to access in the account but to my surprise I’m encountering an error when trying to withdrawal my earnings: 

I have contacted customer support several times without receiving any good response or solution from them. 

This has been a frustrating and unforgiving experience, and I feel that Fiverr is taking my hard-earned money. This is a significant amount, and it's deeply concerning. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and what was your solution?
