 that claims to help freelancers by notifying them instantly via phone call when they receive a new buyer message on Fiverr and possibly other marketplaces too.
 
I haven’t purchased this tool yet because I have some confusion that needs clarification first. From what I understand, this tool works by requiring me to add my email IMAP details (the same email connected to my marketplace account). It continuously monitors my email inbox, and when I receive a buyer message, Fiverr instantly forwards it to my mailbox with the title "1 new message for you" from the sender "noreply@e.fiverr.com".
 
In this tool, I can whitelist this email sender and the keyword "1 new message for you" so that whenever a new buyer message arrives, the tool detects it and immediately calls my phone number. I think they use Twilio or a similar calling API, but I don’t remember exactly.
 
So, my question is—since this tool doesn’t interact directly with my Fiverr account, website, or API and only connects to my email, would using it cause any issues with my Fiverr account?
 
Has anyone tried a similar approach to stay responsive and improve their response time?
