I've been using Fiverr for a few years now, and until now, I've always withdrawn to a Payoneer account in USD and then transferred it to a Revolut account, where I converted from USD to EUR. This method allowed me to reduce exchange rates compared to withdrawing directly to PayPal (PayPal seems to have much higher exchange rates). 

The problem with this method, especially now that I've opened a VAT number (partita IVA), is that a 3% fee is applied to withdraw money from the Payoneer account to the Revolut account. So, out of 1000 USD, 30 goes away just to make the transfer, and then more is lost during the USD to EUR conversion. 

Until now, it hasn't been too big of a problem, but you understand that between the 20% fees that Fiverr takes, the VAT taxes, and these additional fees, the net profit is greatly reduced (I'd say by 50%). 

So, I'd like to try to minimize the damage where possible. Has anyone found a better withdrawal method where the various fees are reduced to a minimum? For logistical reasons, I'm mainly referring to Italian users, but I'm very happy to receive advice from others as well, you never know, maybe they'll work for Italy too!
