I've got an order without any discussing before, and this buyer want something that outside/different from my art style. Since it's different from my usual style, I explain to them i wrote "I'm don't imitate/draw another art style" and "please message me first before put an order" in my gig's description, the buyer understand and agree to cancel the order, i said i want to ask customer support to cancel this order and use the conversation as a proof so the cancellation won't affect my statistic. 

I asked Customer Support, and submit a ticket, this is my first time ask cancellation since their newest update, a little bit confusing for me, it's not like before, different interface. I put the detail in text but I'm not seeing any attachment button, so i just send it without it, and add the attachment later in support request list. 

waiting hours and hours, i saw my ticket status changed to SOLVED, but i didn't see any reply/explanation from fiverr, they didn't do anything to my order too. what should i do? should i submit a ticket again? 

another question, since fiverr had a new level system / staticstic, What will order cancellation affect? because I didn't see completion rate anymore.
