I am facing an issue that the client placed the order and it started but he didn't provide me anything for his order 

and the delivery time was only 24 hours, I messaged him after every 4 hours but he didn't response me. To prevent my stats from late delivery, I delivered him a pdf in which I mentioned that I deliver this because I want to prevent myself from late delivery stats. But now I am very confusing, is this good strategy/step or not. If not what I should do now?
