As soon as you see one or more of these in a message, it is a scammer (or someone who wants to violate the Fiverr rules):

- A QR code (Fiverr does not use this for orders).

- The request to share your email (Fiverr will never ask for this).

- The request to fill in your bank card details (Fiverr will never ask for this).

- The request to confirm a sale.

- The request to deposit a certain amount into your bank account.

- The request to click on a link to access a receipt (Fiverr does not use receipts - Don’t click on links).

- The request to click on a link to receive the money and confirm an order. (Don’t click on links).

- The request to contact the buyer outside Fiverr (email, a chat program, etc.).

- A payment message (no payment has been made if no order is visible in your active order list).

- An invoice for your service (Fiverr does not use this for orders).

- A billing information screen (Fiverr does not use this for orders).

- A chat screen (Nobody from Fiverr chats with you about an order).

- Someone from Fiverr Support contacts you through your inbox. (Nobody from Fiverr is using the inbox to contact you about an order).

- Being asked to provide funds to get an order (Fiverr will never ask for this).

- Stating or claiming an order has been placed when no order is visible in your active order list.

Report the buyer and block him.

Remark: In case you shared your email address already, your account might get restricted for violating Fiverr’s Terms of Service.
