I placed an order nearly a year ago in late February for a simple one-page website and shopping cart. Doesn't really matter the product. 

Upon order placement it said that the seller had 20 days to complete it. He did not, not even close. It was one excuse after another including a string of "family sicknesses," for which I was extremely patient, telling him that as long as it was done by the end of May I did not care. 

ALL of this can easily be validated by the messages between he and I in Fiverr. He never gave me an e-mail address so that's all I have. 

Well it wasn't done by the end of May, in fact it was never properly done at all. I've been extremely busy since the end of May and have been looking at other solutions, outside of Fiverr, to get the project done for a reasonable price. 

Either way, this dishonest seller marked the job as "complete" as of last March, which is a joke, even by his own words in his message. 

I've written off the $400+, but wanted to leave a review. I NEVER "accepted" or approved any final product. He simply marked it completed as of March, MANY months after that. 

I wanted to at least leave a review warning others, as the site is useless to me. His final solution was to simply put in some template that was absurdly heavy on the back-end, and I've had two different developers look at it for me and marvel at how inefficient and heavy it is. Laziness on the seller's part IOW. 

I'm finding that I can't leave a review. Did he somehow shut me down from leaving a review? Is that even possible? 

As stated, I never officially took possession of the "final product," which is garbage, so this was far from closed out on my end despite my obvious decision to have to look elsewhere. 

Is there a way of letting whomever runs Fiverr know about this? 

Is there any way of putting up a review that's fully backed by my (and his) own messages at this point? 

At this point I don't see why I'd trust Fiverr again, despite positive experiences in the past otherwise, if there's absolutely no complaint/resolution process, much less no ability to leave a revew. 

This went on for 8 months and it still was not what was originally agreed upon. 

ANY guidance on this would be appreciate.
