How we can improve fiverr massage room?

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to ask how we can improve the Fiverr chat room to make it easier to see who we're chatting with and to have an option to edit or delete messages within a limited time (like 1–2 minutes). Many times, I make typos or send a message to the wrong client and can't do anything about it!

Am I the only one who feels this way, or do you think the Fiverr chat room could be improved?
